All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Most orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours. Please allow 3-7 business days (UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends or holidays) for shipping time.  If you require speedier shipping, e-mail that request to customerservice@fibroassist.com. We will get back to you with a quote for additional charges ASAP.

Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped separately. 'Out of Stock Item' is any item that is currently out of stock, but will be shipped as soon as it is available. You are not charged additional shipping for back ordered items. If there will be a delay of 2 weeks or longer, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Charge Exception: Due to recent shipping price increases, there may be a higher shipping cost on larger or heavier items. If this pertains to your order, we will contact you for authorization before shipping.
